Strategies For Restoring Health and Balance

Perimenopause actually starts around the age of 35 for most women and can last 10-15 years. Common symptoms include: fatigue, mood swings, weight gain, water retention, depression, sleep disturbances, joint aches, hot flashes, anger flashes, migraines, fibroids, exaggerated PMS and more. This workshop is for those who want to earn how to improve their posture and STOP the rounding over that occurs with age.
