		<description>Hi, I took your class today, March 18th at Fairview and just wanted to apologize for a mistaken information I passed on about watching Dr. Oz and Osteoporosis. I am the one that mentioned taking calcium with pistaccios. When I was walking to the car, I had a memory epiphany about that show and he asked anyone who is taking calciium to mix it with Kiefer drinkable yogurt. Because of the K and D, I think. Pistaccios was another show.  Too much information in head when it comes to Osteoporosis :) I enjoyed your class very much.  Wish people would talk more about the healthy ways to live other than the drugs doctors want to give us!</description>

		<description>Thanks for your book and DVD.  You were my missing piece. I have done Feldenkrais and alexander technique, both have been helpful but adding pilates or yoga didn't make me better or worse.  Now I feel I am on track.  Thanks. Now my daughter in law is pregnant and has rib and chest pain that I thinkd could be better with better posture.  She drives a lot and is on her feet a lot.  If she stands a while the pain is very bad but when she sits it is relieved but then hurts again.   I didn't mean to talk about her.  But maybe you know where to guide her.</description>
